I think fundamentally RA doesn't work well in X because of diminishing returns. Most attack bits can achieve crazy speed with an X dash, so rubber just inherently has less to offer

I’d say maybe through the form of a defensive bit, kind of like the Keep driver from Burst. If it can grip the stadium properly, combine that with a heavy layer and it might be easy to stay put in the center. But I’m just thinking of ideas.

1:00 I’ve heard the stamina is better on lighter beys and it makes RA usable, since the friction helps with recoil. Speed deteriorates quickly but if it’s too heavy, it’ll deteriorate before it hits the next to where the spin is too weak (unless you somehow snipe launch), in my head (tho I have no evidence) putting weight on ra deaccelerates more than drag would.

Helmknight is insane with RA. The slanted design makes it dig into the floor against beys that are taller. It legitimately launches beys into stadium outs through the top commonly. I’m surprised you guys didn’t know the tech.

My UX 10 box came in the mail yesterday. Everything was going well till I tried testing hells hammer 1-60 on the rubber accel and the part of the bit that looks like a dome shattered. Really hoping Takara Tomy or hasbro can release a more durable bit on the level of the metal fight rubber bits

7-60 slows down the Beyblade dramatically, which we really don't want. However if you have a really worn rubber Accel, which becomes more defence, 7-60 could be all right

After receiving my cobalt dragoon (and impact drake on the same time) and seeing this video again, I'm using rubber accel in my c.dragoon, simply because I don't have Elevate yet (gonna be using it at a tournament lmao) My deck consists of First bey- Impact Drake 7-70 Level Second bey- tyranno beat 1-60 Low Rush/Rush Third bey- cobalt dragoon 9-60 Rubber Accel I don't think I'd be able to use c.dragoon anyways, impact and tyranno would probably be the ones making me win

After testings against samurai saber 9-70 Hexa, and hells scythe 3-60 ball (WiRo broke), I am now using Cobalt dragoon 1-60 Rubber accel. It does so much over finishes if it hits the opponent successfully, and I love it. Thank you very much

I did consider it, and spider man too. Only issue. Personally I love the Beyblade, but I just didn't like the fact that there was no gaps between the protrusions. Funnily enough there's no air gaps so the bey would be faster, but I wanted to stick as closely to the parameters I chose. I actually do regret not picking it tho.

Yeah rubber is high friction, but bro it's spinning. That makes it go faster not slower. I doubt aerodynamics matter at these speeds either. There's more math involved, but this ain't it

If you know mfb (can’t speak on burst we didn’t play it) rubber tips are actually objectively the best attack/balance/defence tips out there. They were imperative in the meta in every deck, majority of the best combos utilised a rubber tip. So when RA was announced we were excited however just seems a poor material utilised and idk just overall bit design let it down. Doesn’t mean Rubber tips/bits/drivers are all inherently bad it’s quite the contrary
