Totally love how you use real life situations as learning opportunities for your kids. Like how you didn't tell Brock how to put the handle back on but you let him figure out how it goes back on by himself. Remember when they were daily vlogging and if Shay uploaded even a minute late, everyone would tweet where the vlog was… now after they announced regular vlogs again, I’m still surprised seeing a new upload😅 although I was never that viewer who harassed Shay when he was late/missed an upload, as an adult I’ve realized what a burden, pressure and stress it was for Shay, Colette, their marriage, the kids. No matter the circumstance, that break was long overdue and definitely well deserved. Especially with the direction that family vlogging morphed into on KZbin now😐 so glad to see the kids thriving and Collette + Shay still being the amazing parents we watched them for in the first place.

We have 4 boys, we asked each one to come up with a dinner idea, then that kid has to help make their dinner idea. Then the other 3 help clean up the kitchen after dinner. We have sports 1 night a week so we get pizza or something quick from a food place. The week end we eat left overs from the other nights or they do the quick air fryer food items we have at home.

You should highly consider BOAS surgery for your pug! He is having a very hard time breathing. Long tongue and every noise you hear when he is breathing he is actually gasping for air. Pugs and other brachycephalic breeds need surgery to help them breathe better where they widen their airways.

What a beautiful vlog! Though we missed Shay, seeing Mommytard with the kids work so well together made me feel at home. I always thought I had grown up with the kids but I realized I have been watching since I was a Freshman in High School. I’m now 30 years old with 3 kids of my own. 2 boys (6 and 2 1/2) & an infant baby girl. In reality, I have grown up with both Shay & Colette. I am incredibly proud of this family. You should use Preen! It prevents weeds from growing, you just have to make sure you pull the weeds out by the root before you lay down the Preen. Then you re-apply every 9 weeks and you’re basically weed free!
