Up here in FNQ, 2025 will be focused on fighting the sunsetting of the western opal fields and preparation for the 2026 World Heritage listing of the Northern Goldfields. The push by the Greens up here is 30% of QLD by 2030.

Keep an eye on that covid Woody. It only effects me with the sniffles for about a day. But in a week or two if you feel exhausted with other weird stuff going on you'll know what it's from. Loving the videos mate, 👍

How would you compare a modified f1a4 to a 6000 just curious
@DetectorMods2 сағат бұрын
What a question, I think that if you used a 6000 to find mine pins that you may blow yourself up. I have never run these over a test site so cannot make a good judgement.

Hello what pulse technology in Minelab is the best now. And second what happening with the shina pulse detector any news..?

The best Minelab tech imho is in the 7000

Better off modding the 5000. The 4500 will not match a modded 5000 without the fine gold timing. But I would love to be proved wrong! There needs to be the same balance of signal response vs ground noise.

I have multiple 4500 detectors and only one 5000 , in 90% of my detecting I use normal timings.

@DetectorMods The 6000 as you know is dynamite on small gold at depth. But the 7000 beats it on larger targets at depth. I've no doubt in normal timings a modified 4500 will hit small gold like the 6000. But I reckon you'll also enhance the ground noise. The enhance timing would be closer. But still not as good as fine gold timing on the 5000 modified. Eliminating saturation of the signal if using normal will be a challenge. Having said that... I hope you succeed!

Ground signals can be dealt with via filtering and increasing the dynamic range on various amplification stages.

I think most people respect your "opinion" Woody, it will be interesting to see where this goes.
