I think that the emptiness of the parks this day really helped/skewed this experiment. It would be interesting to see this rerun near Christmas or next summer.

I agree with you completely. This really ended up being an advertisement for the advantages of offpeak visits in late august and September. I’d vote for a rerun experience during peak times. I envy Emma getting to do do rise twice. I wonder if sage had kept the virtual queue if he would have gotten on guardians earlier than expected and would have done guardians twice.

Good video but please do it again with NO GENIE+. I know that you have to do virtual queue for Guardians but other than that, I think it would be more informative to do just standby.

Can you do a video about what height/weight restrictions are on the various rides? My son is 6'2' and now I'm worried he won't be able to ride anything.

Would have preferred to see this with just rope dropping and no individual lightning lanes, maybe without Genie Plus too. I rope dropped as a resort guest at Hollywood Studios got on Rise asap, then was able to do Tower of Terror and Rock N' Rollercoaster all with minimal or no wait and finished those 3 within an hour or hour and a half of early park entry.

I was about to post the same thing. With crowds reduced, it is time to see if things can be done without the extra expense of Genie+.

@@scottcopeland3730 Challenge would be more even without them using their own judgments of lightning lanes or fancy rides as well. I was shocked how quickly my husband and I got through 3 big rides with rope dropping as resort guests, Rise is a long ride so it eats up some of the early entry time, but it was close to being a walk on, maybe 10 minutes just because of them loading pre show groups. Then immediately off to Tower and Coaster with 5-15 minute wait times, it was last year so memory isn't clear and more than half the main rides we wanted done in under 2 hours, our other must dos were Slinky and Minnie and Mickey, not fans of Star Tours, and Smugglers wasn't a favorite. Had reserved ligntning lane for Slinky bright and early but had an early afternoon return time at the time Minnie and Micky was a fancy ride so after doing taking in shows and having lunch and still waiting for Slinky time we hopped in line. Also had booked a lightning lane earlier for Coaster so we rode a second time, actually waited longer with Genie than we did standby due to a technical issue or something.

I really liked Miranda's energy and that she right off the bat mentioned that a ride isn't totally size inclusive. I feel like that type of information is really valuable but not often mentioned. ETA: I'm so glad that it is normally mentioned. I watch all the AE videos and it doesn't typically stand out for me. For whatever reason, it really stood out with Miranda's delivery.

As a glasses wearer, I'm with Breedlove on his wet glasses dilemma. I have both prescription sunglasses and prescription glasses. I usually settle for wiping eith my shirt, then wash the smudginess with soap and water and dry properly once I can get to a bathroom.

If I had my way, I'd want to see Rock 'n' Roller Coaster rethemed to showcase Powerline from A Goofy Movie! Some great high energy bangers like I2I and Stand Out, plus you could have Goofy, Max and his friends (and maybe Bigfoot?!) joining in on the fun

For my glasses I fog them up with my breath & clean them with my shirt or tissues I brought. Does the trick if I can't get to a bathroom! My favorite AK Safari animal is the Okapi. My next trip is in Jan 2023 & I'll finally be able to ride Cosmic Rewind, Ratatouille, Navi River Journey (I haven't been on it since 2019), visit the Festival of the Arts, & see Enchantment & Harmonious! I'm so excited!

Earlier this year, I expected my EPCOT day to be more like Sage’s, but those June crowds on an Extended Evening Hours day!! We got all of our “musts” done, but the majority of our day there was crazier than at Hollywood Studios. The evening stroll I had been looking forward to in World Showcase was more like getting through a mosh pit. 😂 We retreated into Morocco and France and had a lovely time. And getting on Cosmic Rewind by 9:15am made up for all the morning insanity we experienced!

Breedlove I always try to carry a eyeglass rag n spray n put in a ziploc bag if going to water ride that day. Then I put in my Fanny pack. It’s just that simple my friend. Ty for videos

Went at the beginning of September and saw these lower crowds basically all week. If you wanna see and do it all definitely recommend going during this time cause the parks are actually pleasant!

Sage, I’m staying at the Boardwalk next month and we’re going to Epcot on a day with Extended evening hours. Will I be allowed to get a virtual queue for Guardians at both 7am and 6pm? Or is it still limited to 1 per day?

As much as I would love to take my daughter to the parks again I just can’t. All Disney’s politics and lecturing has ruined them for me.
