Great true to life vlog that covers the highs and lows (literally & figuratively!) of endurance running. I’m pleased that you ran in a group and adjusted the route. Really useful tip about the baby food pouches - I never thought of them as a nutritious and portable food source. With regards to the trainers I am thinking that I need to put some sort of gel insoles into my trail shoes - I ran 14 miles in my speedcross trail shoes last Sunday and I’m still feeling the effects of their lack of cushioning (in comparison to my usual Brooks trainers).
