Bulgarian split squats become a favorite once your form is better and your recovery is better. I used to struggle and today I did sets of 8 with 70lb dumbbells. I love them and they pump your legs up!

@@travisdevore7867 idk plastic names but clear looking champ or z type plastic is more stable. Other one is a hyzer flip bomber. The only thing I didn’t like about this disc is it was so confusing why it out drives my 12 speed most the time. Spent a lot of time in my bag in both plastics

Worst Leg Exercise depends on what you mean. If you mean worst as in it causes the most soreness, for me it's Bulgarian Split Squats. If you mean worst as in ineffective Id say it depends heavily on the individual and form. The most common incorrectly performed leg exercise I see as a personal trainer is kettlebell swings.
