Can We Trust the CGC Grade for this Fantastic Four #1?

As a teacher I know one thing for sure, grading is subjective and dependent upon the grader. You are a thorough detective and the points you make are the exact reasons I have avoided graded and slabbed books altogether. I'm not saying never, but I'm certainly not looking to jump in. And can you imagine the kind of Eff You money you have to have to spend a cool million in a funny book? Yikes!

And it's not just ANY funny book! It's a 9.6 that grades closer to a 9.0-9.2 (IMO) funny book! 😉
