Honestly I can't do anymore of this. I've never been in a position where someone says they love me so much, they miss me everyday but can't get themselves together and put his ego aside and accept happiness. I've been emotionally neglected from young so the I've been through it and I scared to be vulnerable shit has to go by a certain age. Hi, am experiencing similiar. I also had an emotionally neglected childhood. Father a raging alcoholic and an emotiinally unavailable mother so giving love to someone who doesnt give it back is my norm. Consequently my tolerennce for emotional neglect is high. I can empathise totally. I am trying from now on to pour into myself. This situation is taking my happiness away. Silent treatment and breadcrumbing Im done with. This fits well. He's looking for a person he feels fits what he wants perfectly. It's just that when he comes close to finding it he freaks out and runs from it. He always finds a reason not to go ahead. He talks to many women on dating sites, arranges to meet them, offers them a relationship, as he did with me, then doesn't go ahead.
