khula k case ma ap sirf khula ki degree lete ya phir es k sath sath interim wife or bache ka kharcha, iddat ka kharcha khula ki degree k baat, parmanent bache ka kharcha yani degree, samaan dena ka sab demand kar sakte na khula k case ma???????

In light of recent interpretation of law in slew of judgments, one cannot get divorced without paying the maintenance to the wife unless the wife remarries to someone else.

Sir i have another doubt hope u can clarify me. 1.can a muslim wife claim "streedhan" If the answer is" yes "based on law of streedhan can a muslim husband claim jewellery gifted to husband during marriage as his streedhan i'm asking this question because I have learned somewhere on internet that " valuables (eg.jewellery,bike or car etc) gifted to husband from wife side also come under streedhan "and husband can claim it!
