Had a wild turkey take off over my head when quail hunting as a teenager. Never forgot it; that thing was huge!

When my ex-wife was attending police academy, the van all the county cadets were traveling had a turkey fly though their window. Feathers and blood everywhere. After making sure everyone was ok, the turkey casually walked back into the woods.

i have never seen a turkey fly... but i have seen chickens do it, i actually have a flock of them, and they can in fact fly short distances too

They also can clinb trees. Wild turkey are nuts man. Imagine walling oht and seeing turkey, bird that look like they cant fly at all, just chilling in a sang tree. 😂 Turkeys can also reconize peoples faces and even thwir voices. They are also realy sweet, wild turkey can be mean during chick season and some people that are mean to them, they will remember.

You would kinda have to show proof they can fly.otherwise I'm calling cap.nobody seen a Turkey fly let alone at 50+miles
