Actually XY is just slightly weaker than her right now and can outperform her very easily, the problem with jinhsi is that there is a downtime to her damage, meanwhile XY with a 120% ER will consistently pop ult every rotation to a point where he does it on the same rotation time as jinhsi's E. Not to mention his entire ult state is broken in terms of DPS(actual damage per second not dmg per screenshot). There are already people hitting consistent 200-250k on the ult burst with just S0R1 and that's still not counting about the 150-200k damage during his entire ult state, and also even though theoritically thundering void will outperform lingering tunes in terms of buffing, the problem tight now with the set is that it has a demanding condition for the buffs and 2 ass 4 cost echo. Saying jinhsi should not be in the competition is disingenuous and not based in numbers which btw if didn't you know the overall changli team dmg vs the entire jinhsi team dmg is just around the 700-750k ballpark. DPS should not just be counted based on their own dmg but in their overall value, this is like saying mualani is better than neuvilette because she deals giga big numbers meanwhile neuvilette does not even hit 1 mill, when in reality mualani loses to neuvilette when it comes to overall DPS.

I'll say this now. Jinhsi really is a giant nuke. She's good, but I barely use her outside of ToA. She's not a "Fun" overworld character, she has decent exploration benefits because she stays mid-air for so long but that's it. Jiyan despite his amazing AoE... I'll admit, I enjoyed his AoE and farming convenience during 1.0 and 1dt half of 1.1... after which... he's still on my team, but mainly for horizontal aerial convenience because skill. Changli is still my go to all the way with just how stylish she is and also mining rocks. Xiangli Yao, I'm still building him, but he's fun to use in mobing as well, kinda like Jiyan but with extra clicks. So far, I'm happy with the roster of characters we have. Hope we get to see more variety in the future

As other people mentioned, this would be a better comparison if they started with empty forte bars. I think it's amazing how well balanced these characters are: They're roughly in the same ballpark of damage, but they meaningfully distinguish themselves with how they play and has different pros and cons. Jinhsi has nukes and aerial combat, Jiyan has CC and an autoparry, Changli has incredible quickswap power and Xiangli Yao has time slows that work on bosses. It would be the easiest thing ever to just make the new banner character 15% stronger than the last limited character for easy sales - thank you for not doing that Kuro.

When I was getting into the story and I learned who jinhsi was, I knew she would be the most future-proof hero. I ended up pulling every copy of her. I went by what the developers intended instead of just eye candy alone. Jinhsi will be the strongest fastest DPS for the foreseeable future for a while until she falls off as a character in the game. My Jinhsi she is level 60 and I've stopped leveling her up because she just is clearing all difficulty levels as is.

Jiyan could've been played a lot better with Animation Cancels; he gets an extra Qingloong in and never has to use the weaker Qingloong 2 & 3.

Pretty cool, but not very reliable without full teams, the characters are made to work with their supports. And from what I've read, Jiyan with his Support remains on top for the moment.

Not really fair. Jinhsi had her gauge all charged up. That's not how it works. It takes AGES to fill that up you don't just start up with it, otherwise, no crap, why not have Jiyan have all his 15 second Liberation all hit at once? Pretty sure that would hit stronger. Is this a DPS or a BURST competition? Because she can't really match up with Jiyan or Xiangli Yao.

Это всё, конечно, круто, но не забывайте, что на Джиньси полностью заряженная по самые помидоры ешка копится очень и очень долго, и в реальности её дпс спускается до минимума (именно дпс, а не дпм), а Сянли Яо с Джияном требуют по кд жать ульту, поэтому я считаю, что лучшим дд игры является Чанли.

Everyone is saying that Jinshi is best and I’m not here to say that she isn’t the best main dps but remember that her max dmg comes once every 10 seconds or so because she has to charge up her forte to max to actually deal better dmg than the others. If the boss has an insane 10 million hp then jinshi probably wouldn’t be first

The others either need to charge up their Resonance Liberation which also takes time OR charges their Forte slower like Changli.

The highest i ever got with changli is around 250K with 58% C.Rate and 353% C.DMG with the help of SK and Verina. Could possibly get a little higher if i had Yinlin/Jianxin but i dont have them 😞

Why not use the skill during XY's burst tho? Stacking with NA takes longer.. Using skill immediately gives u 2 stacks and it launches him upwards and u can plunge down and gain full stack that way immediately
