Judging from the way Sungjae acts to some things related to Joy, it seems like he is reminiscing about something that has passed, instead of talking about something that is going on. I am a fan of both Red Velvet and BTOB, and Bbyu couple brought the two groups close. So I wish nothing but the best for these two wonderful people. Sungjae's song is for joy he can't straight up tell it to everyone because their careers depends on it sungjae is not dumb. He only use symbols which joy and bbyu shippers can understand. It is for btob fans too but the main purpose of the song is their memories and how he still loves joy. It's been 5 years since WGM but but guys! Sungjae and joy still loves each other.
