I love how all these imaginary scenarios play out, but in reality, from gold all the way down to iron neither the midlane nor the botlane will rotate at all to take the drake if they have advantage OR they already died 2 times by the 5-minute mark

I started playing like I don’t have a team and jungle winrate went to 70%. Counter jungle, only gank winning lanes that are ez kill, spam ping then go solo objectives. Mejai every game

Also saves you the torture of watching your laner suicide by using flash to towerdive right after you singlehandedly brought the enemy laner from 100 to 5% hp in a gank where your laner kept ignoring you the whole time (underestimating your impact). basically turning around the play from a +200 gold one (minions dying) to a -500 one (killgold+loss of minions)

To me the dive @9.17 seems incredibly risky/low reward to me. Baiting Yasuo to lose siege + minions to tower. Maybe dying giving away shutdown gold for either you or him. Briar health is irrelevant because she's basically 70-80% if she does wolfs and in a position to beat you with ult+EVERYTHING ELSE down. You have Ezreal in botlane hitting level 6 in literal seconds , Grubbs spawning in a minute AND most importantly your ENTIRE jungle is up. It's a risky play that worked out. Briar can almost two-shot you with hail of blades had she not used q on wolves. She could drag wolves to mid and smite it and kill you instead of standing on top of the spawn and losing vital time during the Yasuo/Diana dive. Yasuo did also end up giving shutdown gold to Ezreal because of the dive.

Yeah, there was 2-3 other plays/decisions that only worked out because the yasuo followed up right on time. Im assuming they were duo. In 99% of the time you dont want to make these plays/decisions.

Dying can 100% be wroth if YOU understand that YOU will use the gold better and actually do it. Assassin mentality. Playing too safe is also bad but knowing you can mechanically outplay a scenario is part of a skillset that reduces risk becuase you know you can make it verse someone else not being able to make it

got 15 right (if im not counting wrong) , two of those only half right (like the go back to gromp and base - respect the decision but theres a better one to trust your mid and urself) still not making sense to still be in iron! but well i guess im making too many mistakes in my real time games where my team is as bad or even worse than me, and im always losing my leads by getting overconfident (tho i definitely couldnt do the tower dive in mid that was in this vid - i never really do well in tower dives)

The difference is that he is playing in challenger elo where most of people respect your decisions and understands what you are doing, in low elo (including emerald and plat), everything is unpredictable, so you have to be better than the other players, farm and abuse enemies' mistakes. It's easy to say instead of doing but it is what is is. Good luck

I feel like the decision at 2 minutes should be to finish wolves, then rotate to her top side. The win condition is Fiora/Yasuo at this point. Diana can always kinda deal with Ezreal and rotating top and contesting her camps while you're ahead, AND you have lane prio, allows fiora to rotate to you and if you guys don't get the kill on briar, you at the very least get all of her camps and set her back even further, destroying her tempo completely, and getting a lot of pressure off on the top of the map. If I'm wrong, could you let me know :)

doing that.. you will lose your own full clear timing. ur top and bot side camps will spawn in a vary timers will result in making back in getting lvl 6 first.

Why would invade blue and look for a dive top be bad? Diana has prio mid and top, so invading should be safe. The only reason why not to do it would be jungl clear and tempo for crubs

As Silver Diana player - I was on top of the questions up to Azir tower dive (lv6). Then my answers started to get misses. I often do very well early game (up to lvl 7-10), but seems I'm not using the early lead to overpower enemies in mid game well enough. Any time you say something like "Ofc you attack, you are stronger!" - that's not what I would do 🫠 And then even good games drag on to everyone at lvl18, almost full builds and it's roll of the dice who win.

@@N3207H05 That dive was insane, 9/10 times Diana and Yasuo both die. If Bard doesnt miss his stun -> both dead under tower. If Briar doesn't completely troll afk and instead just does anything at all -> both dead. Can't believe this is shown here as a good decision

I don't like the ward at 3:22 at all, as the vid mentioned, theory is to base and get stronger. Knowing Briar is late on her clear because she ganked mid, Diana has the option to go straight to Briar's red side after base. The ward has no value and Diana waste free tempo. At very least raptors should be ours, Briar hasn't based yet and is down 500g in item value if she decides to contest her 2nd red side camps.

Why not invade Briars raptors and try to tilt the balance in bot lane/mid after 1st base? Considering you've mid prio also why not try to double scuttle after placing the ward to mess up Briar? You've got hard top prio and semihard mid prio, Briar has no flash and is thus an easy pick if Yasuo joins in. Azir cant do anything pre6 and skarner would lose top hard if he rotated. Double scuttle pressue here would still allow you to play for Briars raptors and krugs/botside to shut down ez. You have enough prio on mid and top that it is unlikely Briar will try to contest grubs either here. If she invades your topside which is her only play sans ganking you will know now automatically, no?
