Nope. Really having trouble with hypnosis. I like hypnosis videos, but I guess I use them more as guided meditations. I think I'm suggestible (suggestable?) but ive never had a physical reaction to any hypnosis recording, ever. I'll keep trying though.

Iacomus Lycanthropus I’ve had to try several different practitioners to actually get into hypnotic trance. You may try Michael Sealey, he’s got loads of different subject matter; he’s quite good at getting you into that state, quite quickly in some cases. The one I prefer, although this may not be your needed method; is his sleep hypnosis for chronic pain. I’ve listened to it hundreds of times, and haven’t heard the end maybe more than once or twice, and I’m a life long, SEVERE insomniac. Give him a try, he may work for you.

Thank you for all your hard work to help the most needy people like myself with ptsd so any hypnosis that can help me with my terrible affliction is wonderful if not just the information but to find a way to relax myself since i have panic attacks daily . My ptsd was from my childhood because I have ADHD I was abused on a daily basis which even 43 years later is always on my mind but i have been working with binaural beats and subliminals on trying to forget if not just to learn how to live with these problems. You have been my greatest help and the reason i haven't given up on the whole thing as of right now. Please never give up I know I am not the worst person like this ,but with 25% i'm a great candidate to have at least a chance to have the possiblility of getting some kind of help. Again thank you for all that you have done up to this point I feel like i am the only one all the times and all the other hypnotists have been rather useless for me stating im just lying . If that doesn't just make you feel worthless.

Fingers rose and I felt peaceful but, my mind still was too alert to imagine things and speak inside, some fear was also around I don't know of what.. Sounded like astral projection a little and I imagined a little ghost stuff, the more I tried to stop it the more it grew in imagination, but as you said take pride and see what your mind can do, extreme attentive (similar stuff) I instantly was again relaxed with no thoughts.. Yet alert of everything.. I don't feel the suggestions working but being relaxed did worked for now! You're awesome!

I’ve just bought the Sleepyhead package, from your site. I’m hoping those will be what I need. If not, I’ll probably approach you again to pay for an individual hypnosis recording, and I AM willing to pay what you’re worth. No worries there, you’re my absolute favorite hypnotherapist; and I’ve sifted through hundreds here, in the two plus years I’ve been using this method to treat insomnia, chronic pain, stress, and I’m hoping to begin treating my severe agoraphobia which has been caused by 10 plus years of extremely severe chronic illness. Using some transformative methods, I’ve reduced my illness symptoms drastically, however, 12-15 years of being broken down bit by bit, does not heal in a matter of months, and western methods have failed me completely, in fact doing much more damage than good, I’m sure that’s a surprise to no one. Thank you for your daily contribution to my health, well being and ability to sleep. I now look forward to bedtime, in place of the dread it used to invoke. You are a blessing to me and so many more ✨✨✨✨👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Interestingly, I use the lucid dreaming recording every single night, to sleep, not for lucid dreaming. For some reason, this one works far better for me than the ‘Best Sleep Hypnosis’, which is also very, very good. I’ve listened to the lucid one hundreds of times, no exaggeration 😊😊😊

I don't feel like I really went as deep as I would have liked. I still was very conscious of thinking about things. I felt especially distracted by the conscious recognition that I was thinking, "thinking about thinking" if you will. Also, I rarely get deep enough to feel like the hypnotist is in direct contact with my subconscious: if I do what the hypnotist tells me it's because I agree to do it; "playing along" until I genuinely feel it; "faking it 'till I make it". So with the helium balloons portion of the video, neither my hand nor my finger raised with the balloons though I suspected that's what was wanted. I didn't feel any upwards sensation. Strangely though, the tip of my finger felt cold. It was a pleasant surprise because I didn't decide to feel that, I simply felt it somehow in response to your hypnosis. So something worked. I did enjoy the moderate affirmations and I even found myself genuinely smiling. Thanks and I look forward to more of your videos!

She’s fabulous, right? She is my top favorite hypnotherapist; I use her recordings nightly to get to sleep. I’ve listened to her hundreds of times. She’s very gifted in her craft. Michael Sealey is another one who is highly gifted, and he’s got SOOOO many videos, covering subjects from A-Z. The only drawback to her channel is very limited content for what I need. Lina Grace is quite good. Olivia Kissper does ASMR, which can get a bit odd, but she is simply magical, and truly one of the most stunning women I’ve ever seen. Try some of her straight hypnosis recordings, she’s got a TON, you may have to sift. Depending on your goal, I may be able to help you narrow down her content to what will help you the most. Cheers 😊😊😊

KamaroPayne hey, I know you weren’t offering your help to me, but you seem much more knowledgeable in this area than I am, so it doesn’t hurt to ask. I never thought I could be hypnotized because I never allowed myself to be... and a therapist tried to as a kid and she was awful so I completely closed myself off to the idea. But since I found her, it doesn’t freak me out anymore, and she’s so she’s very kind and positive. So I’m really interested in looking for videos that help with anxiety and sleep. Is there hypnosis for being better at organization? 😅 Because I need that one too lol.

This is some awesome stuff,I got into trance faster then any other video of yours before. And when you said you were tying balloons to my fingers nothing was happening...for a few seconds, then my pointer finger started to rise, and it fell gracefully when you said the balloons popped. Also, just a suggestion:Would it work if you just had one video on your channel where you hypnotized the subscribers into always going into trance when ever you said something,THEN in later videos you could just say that and they'd always go into trance!Their seems like their might be some problems with that though but it would make things a lot easier!Great video would love to see more!

My first ever attempt at hypnosis. I have done quite a bit of meditation already and even though there are similarities between the two technics in terms of deep breathing, relaxing etc., it feels completely different when somebody else is leading you. Here I had no trouble focusing, whereas when I meditate I always struggle to let go of my thoughts. When Alicia started counting from 5 to 1 I kind of lost control, which felt great. The thing with balloons: I allowed myself to let my hand move because of balloons slightly drifting left and right but I wasn't controlling the motion, it just happened. My hand suddenly just dropped when the last balloon popped. Overall it felt like a nice first experience of a semi-deep hypnotic state. I'm going to explore this further.

So I was sitting on my porch, with my husband across from me, not knowing what I was doing, so he was making quite a lot of noises. But I was definitely in a hypnotic state, not the deepest one I’ve ever been in, but one for sure. When you let the balloons go, my hand (left, which is odd, I’m right handed) seemed to gently lift of its own accord. I didn’t consciously instruct it to do so. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I watched this for the first time yesterday and felt very relaxed but when you said you would tie the balloons to my finger, I got distracted trying to decide which finger and it didn't really work. I watched again tonight with a pre-planned finger choice and I felt my finger raise about 1/4" which is my first experience of knowing I've been hypnotised! Pretty neat :) I am far more emotional and find most of your videos more calming and relaxing than trance-inducing but really enjoy them still! Thanks for this!

I stopped at 1:43 because I couldn't let you continue. I simply don't trust you, but I already felt drifting away.* I think it's important to note that hypnosis is alot about trust and letting yourself fall, because you don't know what the person is going to do. Of course you could continue to watch without letting yourself fall but that would be cheating it. *: So I gave it a thumbs up. You have a very hypnotizing gaze

Hi, I'm fairly new to hypnosis about 4-5 weeks in, tried various styles this one was the best so far. Deepest trance I've had to date, so the style was great for me. Tingles in my fingers, arms, feet, legs, stomach, and focused well. I couldn't tell which finger you were referring to, so that suggestion didn't have an effect (My inner voice went off going "which finger?") but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I didn't know what to think of the video first since it started so slow also and it literally did nothing to me "at first" (and I'm very experienced in trancing and didn't resist also,) but after you said 'we drift back down into our body', I suddenly felt as sleepy as I never thought I'd feel while conscious (and got very confused also) and dropped out like a light. I'm curious how and why that happened since I can't say which part of the induction did the trick and I don't think it was just being focused and the 'going back into the body part.' It also wasn't me being surprised/confused doing this (ik how it feels to drop due to that.) So yeah, good job. But how it happened will remain a nice mystery for me for now :)

Watched this again and it was incredibly relaxing. I had no finger movement, but it felt like I was deeply hypnotized. Not sure what happened really.

My fingers didn't move at all. They felt a little bit lighter, but that whole part actually brought me out of the trance a little bit. I did find it interesting that I could feel my body flinch as soon as you mentioned popping the balloons though.

Yes it really worked for me, my fingers lifted and so did part of my hand. I know how it feels to be hypnotised as I have been doing self hypnosis on myself for many years,so much so that I now have only to say a post hypnotic word to put me into a deep state of hypnosis,Thanks Barre'

Thanks for all your efforts, the gleam of passion you spice it with and the purity of intent by which you deliver it. If I can just just find a stateside Tooheys, my life will pass the outstanding mark. Thanks for the reply. Enough. I have 3000 pounds of laundry to do. I think there are others living here I don't know about.

Hello Alice , this is the first time I have heard your videos, and I have to say you have a most beautiful voice .I do not find it easy to let go , but I think if I were to listen to you a few more times that might change . You remind me very much of Grace Smith who has a similar style to yourself . Keep up the good work :)

Good stuff! this was my first time going under trance with one of your videos, and it was pretty neat. I really enjoyed the tingly feeling of my finger being lifted up. I even felt my hand raise up a bit, too.

K really thought I couldn't be hypnotized but as I was watching this video I felt my vision leaving me. I don't know if it's just because it's midnight and I was tired, if my vision was leaving and my eyes were open, or if I was closing my eyes buuttt I was pretty surprised it worked, even if it wasn't the intended way. I wasn't fully into it considering my mind likes to wander and trying to rest it is pretty difficult but some part of it worked!

Please respond. This is the first hypnosis to work for me. while I had my eyes shut I could see two shadows moving around me but not clearly then towards the end after the balloon part I could see a clear shadow of a woman and a tall man. just before you were leading out of the hypnosis the shadow of the woman leaned over towards me and I had to open my eyes out of fear. This has made me feel extremely anxious now as I had a terrible nightmare about 6 months ago where I had a tall shadow watching me in my room that was holding me down in bed. what do you think this means or is? Thanks for the hypnosis though was interesting experience.

I've been really interested in hypnosis and have been using self-induction tapes. breaking point for me today! Got my finger to move a bit. Started to twitch at first but ended up rising slowly. The mental image of the balloons popping really brought a great picture in my mind. Naturally, my finger was resting before I realized it.

I am totally captivated by your voice and accent! This video relaxed me very well, but I felt odd at a few points. I felt as though I was floating at one point, but then I found myself actually getting nauseous. Needless to say, this hampered my experience. Any idea why I might have felt that way? Sadly I did not feel anything in my finger. I really want to experience Hypnosis, but I fear I am stuck!

every time I try to listen to a hypnosis video I (not willingly) become annoyingly aware of random areas on my body (elbow itching, fingers rigid due to not moving, etc.) and it really disturbs my concentration. during this one I felt such annoyances as well, yet I am pretty sure that I did feel that finger lighter in there (I stretched it soon as you said you are going to tie a string but it felt much easier to keep it up and I felt some resistance when trying gently to take it down, and I later tested it on another finger to make sure this is not the natural comfort of the body and it wasn't the same) so in conclusion this is the 1st time I was somewhat affected by hypnosis, but the effect was weaker than I was expecting.I think I will have better experience if I can solve the problem mentioned above, any advice?

P.S: I am an emotional suggestible and therefore not surprised that this video worked on me, but I guess I should have known this video is best suited for me, because my "emotional trait" of interpretation backfired this time. When you started saying "you are capable" my mind was already thinking "ah, now come the day-brightening suggestions" which I have seen in many others of you videos, and therefore when I realized it was just a there to encourage me to continue with the main goal (and isn't the main goal itself) it made me recompile the last few seconds, and probably hurt my concentration a bit. I hope this self analysis is accurate and will try not to have specific expectations when listening to a video. Can only check if it worked another video is released, though.
