Luck 3 - Bloody Mess Nuka World: Pack Alpha Nuka World: Whatever the hell you get from the Disciples's perk (I tend to play unarmed, not melee) I believe either Strong or Danse's perks might also be helpful but it's been a while since I played. The HP regen Mag from Mayor's bunker Solar Powered. Rooted. Possibly also the one that involves sprint so you always have that damage resistence. Adamantium Skeleton (Shits and Giggles) Depending on whether you like Crits (I don't) Critical Banker and 4 Leaf Clover. Grim Reaper's Sprint. Idiot Savant (Fits the barbarian troupe) ** Don't collect the stat book in sanctuary until you go buy Daddy-O. Then use Daddy-O to drop your strength; you end up with 9, and can take the extra point from the book to make it base 11. Then when you find the strength bobblehead, it becomes 12. Plus the chest piece at least that you can buy from a vault, would put your strength to a base of 13, plus Grognak's 2 for 15. * Is Big Leagues rank 4 or 5 still bugged?!? Either way, at least you don't have to worry about ammo, and you can still use Sentinel's Armor. I don't think you can Ballistic Weave Grognak's Costume though. Still if you get 2 pieces of Sentinels (one of which you can outright buy) you end up with about 85 to 90% damage resistance. So the enemies don't run from you; but also pretty much can't hurt you.

Lemme give you some advice. NEVER put 10 into any special stat because there are bobbleheads. Just rush them early.

U can put 10 in one stat, receive a penalty before get the boblehead and after the penalty is over u get to 11 on that stat
