Yes i've hopped on the fallout train, watching the show made me want to do a challenge on it and after seeing the cool use of power armor in the show it made me realize i barely ever used it in my playthrough of Fallout 4 so i thought it'd be fun to see if you could make it through the whole game with it on

Something I find funny and irritating at the same time.is on challenge runs where fusion cores as essential, I always see people take fortune finder instead of scrounger, so they can buy the cores. Finally I find a video where someone takes scrounger... And it's to sell the ammo for the cores. Yes exactly why I always take it but also people seem to overlook the fact that since cores are ammo, scrounger makes more appear. In my most recent playthrough 2 months ago, at rank 1 3-4 cores would spawn in at least 1 container in each area/building/dungeon. It always the second or third perk I pick. By lvl 15 I have 30-50 cores and around 100 by lvl 30. And that while using power armor most, if not all, the time.

as a lifetime fallout 4 power armor user you made 3 major mistakes.the better way is . 1 you invest in intelligence to get fusion cores to last longer, equip a grenade to stop fusion core ejections, 2 strength for armorer to mod said armor to upgrade its grade and tesla fists if you go bare handed, 3 mod the armor to increase strength or get a tesla field for AOE damage on attackers, get jetpack if desired, get titanium coating or resist explosions and you'll be set without a single damage perk for some time and the armor will never fail you. also you end up with 30 plus fusion cores if not more

The armor gives you 10 strength already. U can get the iron fist perk at strength 1. But u do need 4 strength to upgrade your armor and the fists of the armor. 10 strength is to unlock the pain train perk.

0:32 Fusion cores are buyable. And as someone whos put around 100+ hours into fallout 4 i have only gotten like 8-9 mini nukes and around 65 fusion cores. Pretty sure mini nukes are much more rare Also i havent bought any fusion cores i barley ever use power armor anyways ._.

I don't think luck effects finding ammo. I think it's only the scrounger perk, which u need 2 luck for, that effects it. 3 luck gives access to the bloody mess perk, which gives a small flat damage increase.
