star the wandering courier mod lets you play through new california, fallout 3 and newvegas (also frontier if you really want to) all in the same playthrough, and it connects them in a weird but cool and somewhat logical lore, and you can be enclave :) get some mods like claim the wasteland, enclave field agent, and for the enclave and you're all set to bring america back baby

I know that you said that you'd do NV challenges, but I think that a FO2 Solar Scorcher only run would be fun to see. You'd have to cheat it in (else you'd need to reach level 12 and get INCREDIBLY lucky), and you'd have to finish the tutorial before being able to equip it of course, but I'm just saying that it'd be fun to see.

It's been so long since I played the mod I can't remember. You could try watching an in deoth walk through of the mod or just use a console command to open the door

A yes the only way you can join the enclave is if only the enclave split in two and there now good enclave and your enemy is the again the enclave i mean what is the point if the enclave don't kill the mutans then will be just like the brotherhood but more legitimacy.

Well it makes sense. The original Enclave wouldn't let in some random wastelander. I think them having a civil war is a cool idea. Their goal is different from the Brotherhood's. They want to restore the American government, while the Brotherhood wants to horde technology.

Yeah in my head canon for this NV mod I just switched the ideologies for the two sides, so the Enclave you side with is the purist one and the Richardson elite (the ones who you fight against) are the reformist ones like Colonel autumn. Makes way more sense as well since in the dialogue all the soldiers seem to love president eden but never mention autumn.
