A couple people have mentioned that I run at 19:18 lmao, somehow me and everyone else in chat missed that. It's not the only time it happened, but we noticed the others and reloaded the game. Muscle memory slip, shame on me. It didn't help overcome any challenge, just a whoops. Thanks to those who pointed it out, and good eye :) I had rebound sprint when I failed the vents and had to sprint through them the first time

I just realized that Doom (the first game) had better pathing than this If an enemy could not reach you after attempting for 1-2 seconds(which only happens if there is no way to reach you), they would retrace their steps and look for another path (in this game they straight up can't see you). This is because in this game sight seems to work on a 2D plane instead of 3D. The animatronics check of there is a path to your location when deciding if they can see you, in Doom enemies would just be able to see you like a normal creature would, by having line of sight So yeah, the extremely buggy Doom from way back then is better programmed than this game, and that game even had an aggro system :/

I'm pretty sure the reason SB is like this is because Steel Wool doesn't do games like this..So they probably have no Idea how to work up a basic path finding algorithm in a free roam game, they only did VR stuff before which is a lot different. For SB to actually be good Scott should of hired a more experienced team to do a free roam FNAF game or given them an extra few years to learn how to do 3D Free roam games with enemies.

Most likely not possible, since in the first chase secuence it looks like the animatronics rubber band, so if you run they get faster and if you completely stop, you're dead basically. Also can't do the vents without running and walking, if you completely stop music man gets you pretty quick

I think there's just less hiding spots where Gregory encounters Roxy and Monty since those areas are far more open so they're hardly utilized so being found by those two via getting pulled from a hiding spot is more rare compared to their feathered co-hort.

honestly my main problem is saves being disabled past 6am. I know you can use a glitch to re-enable them but needing a game-breaking glitch to have basic quality of life in your videogame is pretty wild

I remember I saw they placed 2 saves practically 1 minute away from each other through a hallway where there is no danger. So literally a useless save, yet this game has save spots so far apart from each other. Also the fact that if you want the true ending you have to complete half the game without saving, meaning you also have to do it in one sitting. It's outrageous.

On my first playthrough of this game I accidentially skipped the whole parts and service endo sequence. The door to start the freddy head attachment sequence requires level 4 security, and by going into El Chips and going into the security office I was able to get a badge (you should already have level three by then with this bringing you to level 4). Then unknowingly I just walked straight into parts and service and was able to hear Vanessa and repair Freddy. Maybe if you ever try to do no sprinting at all you could try this?

I keep getting caught by Monty 😭 On my PS4. Dude is way too fast and every time I get to Chica, he catches and kills me. Now I’m starting to think that I should just return the game, or exchange it and save up for a PC and for the PC version of this game, and do what the uploader did.

I managed to find a way past the music man in the vents. If you run into him as he is crawling on the ceiling of the vents he doesn't attack you. I was able to get it consistently but I am also on PS4 so that might have something to do with it.

apparently all of the triggers in this game occur at ground level and the whole pathing system is 2D (hell, even the original Doom had better pathing, if an enemy had no available pathing to you, it would step back and try a different route instead of being unable to see you) This game was 100% not made with jumping in mind I REALLY think they just added the jump action last minute

Devs revealed it to be a problem with Sony, who refused to let them push the date any further past December despite their protests the game wasn't done yet, so, they actually didn't playtest it. Thanks Sony!

The opening chase is like City Escape in Sonic Adventure 2 where the GUN truck is actually hard-buffered to the player's position, so you can just walk towards the truck and push it backwards.

Fact: You can’t blind Monty because his glasses cover his eyes making the flash and laser not do anything. Hope this helps anyone in the game. So it’s technically false for glitching the game by stopping Monty with a camera.

Like ^ said, the effect you mention is invalid upon amputating the lower half of Montgomery G. Gator as he drops his wall of defence and does not bother with putting his glasses back on his face, rendering what once was useless, useful

If you go to the Prize Counter after leaving the laundry room and get the security badge there, you can completely skip Parts & Service. Happened to me in my playthrough when I got completely lost trying to find the sound stage.

I know a way to avoid that endoskeleton section without getting that security card. Go to el chips make it that security office but be warned music man is also there for that vent but it is shorter so you can maybe make it without running. Then after you get the card and do the wait thing you can just leave through a door that requires level 4 security. Be warned you only have time for this when you suppose to put in the main stage disk for freddy because time does move and roxy will be busy in the other room just don't get caught maybe by the security bots or she then come. I'll test out that one vent to see if you can.
