UPDATE: It is possible to do the electro pillars puzzle at 10:50 with solo traveler. In order to do it you need clear out the thunderstorm by doing the world quest, and unlock the portable waypoint. Place the portable waypoint at the puzzle location and swap to anemo. Get hit by an electro move and teleport to the location, and solve the puzzle.

I've never thought of Electro Traveler as a damage dealer. The kit seems to suggest Energy Recharge and Electro Application, like an Electro Xingqiu but without the benefit of the Vaporized reaction.

@@ryzenakabane If you have Barbara + Noelle, you literally never have to even dodge. Barbara keeps you topped off while staying in the corner, Noelle gives you a shield that allows your main DPS to attack

You can actually level the Dull Blade as high up as level 40 (before ascension) and still has the same appearance as the one in cutscenes, it doesn’t have to be level 1

Unlike Geo or Anemo, Electro traveler was made to support his/her team not the damage type. Plus that 80 burst cost is to painful. Just a horrible version of Beidou's burst

As a newbie who has done Inazuma, aside from Raiden fights, EMC isn't actually that bad, I used lvl 40 Dull Blade, and I can say this much, Inazuma with Thunderstorms and Beaches, Electro-charged is your best friend, had an easier time here than GMC on Liyue.
