You can get slightly further in "Climbling the purple tower". By getting to the ledge on the ground of where the platform section starts, you can hit E to get some slight vertical height, then dive and spin attack to reach the ledge of the platform. you can then run up the wall next to the platform with a dive then kick off the wall with E again. Thats as far as you can get sadly.

You can actually beat climbing the purple tower with no jumps at all even wall jumps with the no clip glitch enabled. My best on explaining this goes as follows. I found out while spinning you will reattach to the wall and by mashing left click you will slowly go up the wall. Have done it and it is possible to pull off you just need patience :D

03:37 I found a solution to get that ice cream however its pretty difficult. bsiclly you wall spin(they way you enterened the portal) to the wall behind the pool. after you get on the platform you have to get close to the npc there much as possible then you to npc snapshot glich . its pretty hard to explain to be honets but its a getable ice cream

racing to the top of neocity is possible you just have to use the jetpack and fly to the icecream and if you land on the pole after grabbing it return to hub

here are the ice creams that YOU can get that you thought was impossible. Tread to the Top of Turtle Tops -literally just hang at the top of the pole, and once you get it. Just go to the hub. Floating with Flowers - you literally know the wall spinning strat, just use it on that wall. Racing to the Top of the Hecklands - literally the same thing as the first one. Swinging with Wires - just don't have skill issue, you can get on the wire automaticlly and get off using click. Racing to the Top of New Neocity - bud, get the jetpack and hang at the top of the pole..??? Through the Flames and Fire - ...interesting how you didn't mention it Hecklands challenge - just get ontop of those pillar thingies and just *CAREFULLY* get the egg without touching the tree. Final Homerun! - Requires insane skill to probably beat it, but i know its possible. ...and thats all, i don't know all the crazy glitches. So yeah...

Hey, I don't know if you even use this account anymore but me and my friends have been trying to beat the game without the a button AT ALL. So far, here's all the a presses that remain 1xA press in New Neocity Challenge 6xA presses in Hecklands Challenge in total, the game can be beaten full game in 7xA presses. Absolutely insane. Yes, short jumping around is possible, with proof, but is so difficult I doubt anyone could do a full level run of it.

In the race for new neo city you can get to the ice cream by being at the top of the flagpole. If you are at the very top it auto grabs the ice cream for you and then you can just exit to hub.

I tried this, and was able to scrape together 31 ice creams. I have a theoretical 32nd but I don't know if it's possible. Also I did allow myself to jump off of the poles and wires because otherwise it would be very difficult to exist in areas like the hecklands

yes you can you can actually get every icecream I have some speedruns on my channel where I get 53 icecreams jumpless, to get the hecklands challenge one you need to do a really hard strategy that nobody has done yet though.
