for the fox thing, a few chunks near the spawn are always loaded, there is a limit on how many mobs can spawn at once, sooo by having mobs in the few always loaded chunks you cannot get passive mobs anywhere else

There is a minuscule chance that I am responsible for inventing a meme. A while ago, I was playing a game called Hypocrisy, where you keep adding rules for everyone to follow. I made a rule that you must remove the letter T from any word you say, and then the person next to me made the joke saying “bottle of water” as “boh oh o woh uh”, and later on that became a sort of meme. It could very well have been my fault
