I have been watching your videos since I was probably about 12/13 (8 years!). As a child I used to have debilitating anxiety which prevented me from being able to go to school or have social interactions. ASMR was one of the coping skills I used at the time to calm myself down to go to sleep. Now I have the tools to live a successful life at 20 and have done many things I didn’t think capable. I’ve been unionizing a business for the last four months now and the amount of stress it has caused me has given me physical symptoms. Watching this video was the first time in 5 years I fell asleep to ASMR. Thank you. So sincerely thank you. I remember falling asleep to your catfish video night after night to the point where I could recite the first two minutes. Your videos are so dearly appreciated and this random 20 year old guy loves them so deeply. Thank you

I wanted the 64 set when I was a kid, but now crayola have a 150 pack, so I bought that instead. Many adult women like to colour, and there's a lot of colouring books made for adults these days, but unfortunately most adult men find it hard to let go of the idea that colouring is just for children, so Mazel to on letting go of that idea.

I kind of hate messing up new crayons too. They look so pretty and perfect when they’re new. Did Peanuts ever do “Happiness is a new box of crayons.” That it’s not really adult is probably for the best. You wouldn’t want to use up pink and brown faster than the other colors.

i think the point of it being an adult coloring book is that alot of the pictures would be alot harder for a child to color neatly due to all the extra fine details that go into (some) of the drawings
@loadingnothing87002 жыл бұрын
Coloring is a good skill. Helps relieve stress or cope with the day to day. It also helps with fine motor skills as we age, memory and cognitive function. Coloring helps hence why elderly home care places always have them on hand that painting, music, and other forms of therapy.

Back before adult coloring was an official thing, I colored Dover Coloring Books for older kids, usually the scientific or historical themed ones. Those are detailed and realistically-proportioned. Dover has since rebranded a lot of their best titles under Creative Haven for adult coloring. I prefer to use colored pencils though. I agree that a lot of the pictures in the book look more like kids coloring than adult coloring.
