So what should I do… if I just bought a galaxy watch 6 with its own phone number but I have an iPhone 14? Will I basically just be able to activate it and use it standalone? I have no access to any android phone whatsoever. All I’ve seen suggests this I can do, but I never considered the idea that my iPhone would be dead to my new watch BECAUSE a few years ago I had a Samsung watch which I easily paired to my iPhone and never considered theyd be problematic. I do not like Apple Watches and think they’re ugly

I have iphone and a galaxy watch, you can use your watch as a stand alone watch, but. It only be useful as a basic digital watch. Here is how; when you are up to the welcome screen you will able to see wear icon, tap it fast. And the it will pops notification that you should tap the icon for three seconds. Do it. And voila. You will be on the watch home. You will able to connect your watch via BT. but its limited to Call.l only. No notification for text or whatsoever only. For incoming call and make calls. I use GW5 bt version with ios 16.1.1

You can connect them threw Bluetooth. I asked Samsung support. I want a newer watch and the galaxy watch is cheaper and looks very nice to me . I know I won’t use it extremely often so I can’t justify spending 500 on a Apple Watch😭 my dad said he would buy me a galaxy watch 5 cs I got good grades and im passing everything. So I’ve been doing some research.

There is no galaxy watch 3 classic.... that is just a plain ol galaxy watch 3... the newer phones with the similar make are called classic because they made cheaper versions for the newer models, and the classic models cost more, like the older galaxy watches did.

This video is stupid. Activate your watch through an android then on watch download an app called merge. Once you do this go onto your new iPhone and download Samsung wearables. Bluetooth your watch to your iPhone then open wearables and set your watch up on iPhone. This video is a lie. I have a galaxy 6 watch set up on a iPhone 25 pro max.
