Hi Sam a bit of advice please I have a small area in the dining room were there is what looks like rising damp from skirting up it’s about 10 inches the wall looks wet, I would like to know my best course of action as I want to try and fix it myself. Thanks 😊

You need to know what type of damp is affecting the wall and that means having a survey by a PCA qualified specialist surveyor

We have an issue with our basement having standing water constantly. The contractor we used to convert it came in to install a type c system, then halfway through said it wouldn't work because of the water level so they said they would install a type A system. Realised retrospectively they were talking out of their backside, but it's good to see this video showing me that the right team can get the job done! 👍
