It's not as bad as people think or these shorts imply. The stairs are inset to the edge and at the point where the stairs are filled in you are only about 20ft off the ground with a big green mat below. All these tiktok and influencer videos make it seem like you are 100s of feet in the air. There is still clearly a risk of injury or worse, but no where near what people think.

I’m a gymnast. I once did a handstand climbing those steps. I reached the topmost and climbed back down in a handstand as well. ✊😊 My secret? MIND OVER MATTER THROUGH SUBSTITUTION.☝️ Often we are intimidated by the fear of heights. Once I became too focused on my balancing, I no longer had room in my mind to think of the height.
