Can you fail for the driving test even if it’s someone else’s fault?

I passed in March, honestly what my instructor told me is it’s dependant on the instructor you have. Serious faults etc are subjective, if your instructor is in a good mood you have a better chance to pass, granted you drive sensibly and follow the rules of the road compared to if they’re in a bad mood.

Wrong!! 😂, I disagree with your subject line: every case will be judged by the examiner based on the circumstances at the time. You cannot fail your test when you doing the right and legal things. If someone endangers you, because you cannot predict their actions…(suddenly) and you deal it with in a SAFE & LEGAL approach. You “ll PASS 100%✌🏽❗️Don’t scare LEARNERS with your predetermined assumptions.

I was doing a driving lesson last week and I came to a full stop at a stop sign and another car came from behind and drove straight passed me on the right you would think qualified drivers would know better
