PBS stands for Public Broadcasting System. It is the only TV service in the US that does not have commercials/adverts. It has limited funding from the federal government. Additional funding is from grants and also from pledge drives. PBS is the service that broadcasts a lot of British programs. Starting next week is Nolly the biopic series about Noele Gordon of Crossroads fame. I am happy about that as I was watching it last year on my return transatlantic flight from Heathrow to San Francisco when the IFE at my seat failed halfway through!

The blind idea is a 100% better than curtains! Curtains would have got dirty quickly on the road. I literally can’t wait for Taylor to hit the road on her first adventure 😊

Why don’t you get the sliding blinds that is common in vans? I have seen them in front windows and side windows that are doors. Fabric is going to get dirty and is bulky.😊

I think you should put those greeny/grey IKEA curtains at the back, that match that great cushion you had (and I assume your bedding) it'll feel/look more like a bedroom. Then defo a blind on the door.

Why don't you use the Heather blackout curtains and make blinds out of them? If you like the colour & blinds are obviously smaller so will just be an accent colour?.. Are you going to add an awning to give you more room outside the van & to shelter you from the sun etc.. so you can eat & sit outside, especially when you're abroad.. We've just bought a motorhome and are going to europe for 3 weeks this summer, so I'm looking forward to your upcoming travel vlogs 😊

Why don't you try and use the pink curtains, to make blinds the same as in your bedroom. I think that would look lovely.. just a thought 😊

We got Mr Bates & the Post Office, in Australia just the other week, of course I watched it alll in one go, thanks to your recommendation, it was brilliant, I loveddddd it, I was surprised we got it so soon after the UK. TV looks great in the van, can’t wait to see the finale of the blinds😊 Love Ya’s ❤❤

I like the concertina sliding blinds better. Fitted inside the window frame I’d get a plain colour for a sharper look. Also get black out ones

We have that film on the windows in work and when it’s dark you can see everything inside, daytime it slightly blocks inside

Hi guys,my thought would be a wooden insert there the same as the door to match and some clips to hold in place when needed. My wife Karen thinks a roll up blind with leather straps.Cream/off white blind. Keep up the great videos.Cant wait for the van trips.Shout out hello.

The shoe stackers are good from Ikea £1 each you put one pair in each stacker so keeps your shoes together, Another gadget for you 😂I’m with you on cleaning and de cluttering I have odd with my house x

Blinds way better, but maybe inset in the new window frame. Cut/stitch material same shape as window. Inset with blind roller and weight with curtain weights. Your grey that you like would probably look good I reckon..

I do like the heather colour as well tbh, but I think all the gather on them possibly makes them feel a full on. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with, I'm sure it will be Fantastic :)

It’s funny but I was going to suggest getting blinds made with your spare pink material a few weeks ago but now do you not think pink blinds would look ok as it wouldn’t be so much material?

Question will the tv on the bracket be ok once you’re driving around ?? Worried that the few screws in the cladding won’t be strong enough to hold the weight once the vans hitting bumps and pot holes in the road. Just thinking out loud 😉

it screws into the metal chassis behind the wall, plus 2 stud struts for the other 2 holes it will be fine, the TV only weights 3.8kg too

I have a little white shelving unit just like the one Nick was putting his shoes into, though mine has books in it. I could certainly stand to do a bit of decluttering myself, but I never seem to be able to get around to it, and I find it harder to throw things away than I really ought to.
