From experience you probably need more flowers and trees - that seems to be the problem for most players. But obviously I dont know your island lol. Good luck with five stars!

My island I got 4 stars by accident. I was just trying for 3, to unlock terraforming. I ended up with a 2 star rating almost immediately after because I stripped everything back as soon as KK's show was over. Now I'm sitting pretty at 5 stars again.

Lol, I could have told you whether or not you could get a 5 star on the first try. I reset my island but (using my sisters island) brought over everything from my previous island. I know, im a cheater 😅. My previous island was a 5 star, and for the most part I wanted to use everything I used on my old island, so i decided that I was going to do everything i wanted to do with this island before i checked it with Isabelle and see what I got. I got a 5 star without even calculating it to make sure I got it lol

Just neatly stack fish or bugs in your house. Make sure you have a bed, a dresser or closet, a mirror, a chair, a table in one room. Fill the rest with bugs. I did this accidentally once. The points are basically just a tally of total items used to decorate your house. More stuff = more points.

I accidentally destroyed one of my rocks today, and I had to do the whole setup where you put mannequins everywhere to force the rock to spawn where you want, and after I finished time travelling (and after 17 tries to get the rock in the correct spot), I removed all mannequins by changing the pattern, and later noticed that I had a lily of the valley... but I had only 3 stars... then after some research I found out that mannequins count towards the rating system, and you can just spam mannequins everywhere to have 5 stars

Animal crossing have so much thought put into edgecases events, that the fact that they didnt have anything for you getting 5 star on first try (aka, isable telling you that you got the watering can immidiatly after the show or tom nook telling you to come pick it up) make me think someone definetly brought it up and immidiatly be like "well, there is practically no chance its happening😊"

You can only buy items that are 3k bells or cheaper. You can use multiple tickets to buy multiple items, but the values don't stack up on each other. But even if, a full pocket of tickets would only be worth about 1 mil bells, so even if you had a full pocket (and wasted your time getting those 400 tickets), it wouldn't be enough for 120mil. Though I believe the crown in question is worth only 1,2 million bells, so an entire pocket of tickets would theoretically suffice.

Hey dagnel I wanna ask since I havent seen every video of yours, but in your zodiac furniture video you claimed you can only get ONE gold nugget per day (excluding the dedicated gold nugget island), even with Katrina's blessing, however that isnt true. if the website told me I have a 5 stars, and the evaluation 3, then I'll know that the game isn't programmed to give 5 on the first check. But that didn't happen, because we proved it doesn't matter. also, you'll want to make sure your island is 5 before checking, so you leave no doubt that the rating is accurate. if I checked my island without the website and it's 3 stars for example, I'll be left wondering if there was more points to be gained before checking. But it's too late, you've already checked it the first time. Have to restart from the beginning.
