I am kinda new to DSOD and did Alesso with a friend. He went into custody a couple times and I had to holdout near the end for around 20 minutes overall. The heist took us 52 minutes.

The biggest problem is how the game has remained the same for years :(. By beating all heists on DSOD a few times means you've seen everything and it kinda sucks. If there were constant significant balance patches, things would be more interesting.

It's really impressive and satisfying to see someone push their way through DSOD heists like it's just a chore, not because of it's difficulty but along with it's bullshit that it spreads because of overkills doing with the code. As well the labrats jump trick made me shocked, I must of been stuck on that heist for hours because of how many times I went down on the zipline. Wonderful work.

I do really wonder if you did every heist in 1 attempt? I haven't seen a mention of failed attempts anywhere, maybe I just didn't see said part. To me it feels like you just picked the finished run for the 17 hours of playtime and ignored any other attempt, sure that works for in-game time to win this challenge but if you have lets say 10 hours worth of restarting additionally, this challenge would be obviously failed. For reference my all heists solo videos have around 29 hours of gameplay but another at least 8 hours or so of just failing. But hey, maybe it's just me and you actually did all heists within 1 go, I can respect the effort.

ask joe, i haven't played this game in months and these recordings are even older, would be pretty crazy for me to remember how every heist went. if you had watched the video, however, you would've seen i afk'd through a lot of heists and even let the cops kill me often because of how boring it was, not to mention me forgetting to change one medic bag into something more useful. on gs d2 i failed the gamble with cage and this is the same run where i finished the heist which rather hints that this wasn't exactly difficult. try playing an akimbo cr hacker solo build with bot boosts and full ai crew, then tell me how "hard" it is (read: even if i somehow failed a heist or two, there's no way in the world i had over 5h worth of fails). if you feel the video is cheated, then the best you can do is leaving a dislike and moving on

Even if i'm 1 year late that is not how DSOD looks like, it's like playing on very hard because on DSOD you are swarmed by enemies and don't have space to breath so it's safe to assume this run was done with probably a couple of mods and the lack of snipers in the outside areas of some heists is truly weird because once you leave it's a laser party

You should start from a mission with lots of cover, single enemy spawning point, and just holdout in general like undercover, it gets you started with taking cover

Trying to get the DSOD mask solo, don't wanna drag other folks down in pubs or whatever, and I feel like I'm going nowhere fast. I've only beaten Counterfeit and Cook Off in about 5 days of attempts on various heists. Resi Dogs is horrible for me, but I know it'll only get worse from here. Any tips from anyone? Should I play with AI or without? I always feel like I get overrun with so many cops and I can't keep up.

I typically play only armourer or anarchist on DW, so switching to stoic / hacker / leech will take some time to adjust to, can't quite seem to get a good feel for when to use the abilities. I especially find that DS w/bots or players I need to be constantly killing just to survive the spot I'm camping at, a pretty drastic step up in difficulty but I'll get the DSOD mask one day soon (great DSOD video guide as well ;) )

@@dfgchjhkbnl From what I know, hacker was buffed recently and its stun is very consistent now, so you should give it a go. The moment you memorize enemy spawns on the heists, you should be unkillable with it now.

I have only 8 heists left for the DS OD mask and only problematic heist I had was the biker heist day 1 and it was completely due to the bad design I had no problem completing harder heists such as no mercy or henrys rock

This elevator "bug" is not common knowledge? When the AI (and maybe the player?) stands to close to side of where the door is, it won't close. Just shout at the AI, so they move. The moment they get away from the door side, the door closes.

BTW on alesso heist u said u dont know how vents work if u have writed "lobby" its gonna give ur bags to main area so u should throw bags into this vent when u do this loud other two are for stealth but u not stealth player so u dont need to know this ;)

@@nocommentarygameplay3798 Analyzing a sample is a simple matter of RNG on whether it'll be correct or not. You can reuse the same "machine" thing and it'll still roll to give you either a correct or wrong one, good to keep in mind as to not run around and risk downing yourself.

@@4cr1d after this video i tried hacker build again. And it doesn't work like on your video. Every second shot is with damage from enemies And this is in the house. On the outside - death. I turned on the ecm ,yeah, a few guys was stopped, but the others made few shots and i died. The dodge is not work almost at all ( i am not a noob, a know how to do detection - 3 and take Sneaky Bastard ). I dont know how u rush into the crowd of enemies, something unreal
