I’ve had an ultrasound at a Breast clinic for a small lump under one nipple; 9.5 x 5.5 x 14mm and doctors was just leaving it, (they confirmed it’s gyno but said they’ll leave it as it’s only small)however I’ve managed to get some aromasin and have been taking 25mg a day for 3 weeks and the lump has almost completely disappeared. Yet doctors wasn’t willing to do anything, I obviously then resorted to self management and glad I did, as the aromasin is great for it. Imagine if I didn’t do that, I’m not happy with the doctors at all because they were just happy to leave the gyno, I wasn’t allowing that to happen, but anyway my point being is I’ve been taking Aromasin everyday 25mg for 3 weeks and the gyno is almost cured! Doctors are useless sometimes and you have to resort to self help and I’m glad I did!

So, in your opinion, Raloxifine would shrink the size of the gland of pubertal / pre-existing gynecomastia? But not fully eliminate it, correct?

The studies show it eliminating up to a square inch of mass on average after 3 months for over half of the participants.

Quick question. Once the scar tissue is formed does that mean any estrogen detoxication or estrogen blocker can not result in shrinkage?

It can with additional tools that target the fibrous tissue such as Iodine+Selenium, EGCG (green tea extract), Curcumin (Turmuric extract) and other compounds that induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in fibroids/fibrous tissue. Please be careful and do your research on Iodine because too much and too little causes thyroid issues.

I believe I recently got gyno, the only thing I’ve noticed is my actual nipple has become swollen on both sides. I believe it is from MK677 and would raloxifene fix this?

@@patrickzeng5230 raloxifene is a serm. So you would want to try over the counter P5P and worst case senario a dopamine agonist such as cabergolime to shrink prolactin gyno

Wow, so glad i found your channel!! thank you so much for the video! I believe I am also in early stage 1 , around the areola (nipple) it feels like a little bump like a size of a pea. it just came in 2 nights ago!! I recently started getting into the Hemp movement & using the products. Would you say that Hemp has the same effects as cannabis by blocking testosterone in men between ages 25-44? I use to be a regular cannabis smoker in my earlier 20s but never have I had an experience such as this I've experienced . I'm 26 now but I have heard THC can cause side effects even though I thought they meant only delta 9 , it might just be THC in general because there are THC 8 products . *Status update* Started taking Man Boost & this spray called Natruatone , The little bump that was under my nipple has now dramatically died down! i cant even feel it under my nipple no more lol & its only been a week!! Oh and prayer works too. but thank you for your advice doc!! I also am a frequent user of hemp cbd/cannabis at times! plus I have been using white button mushrooms & cordyceps mushrooms they help with management as well! !! Man you’re awesome. I have a question. Do you prescribe Raloxifene to someone who qualifies? As in someone who has stage 1 gynecomastia? I’m almost certain I have stage 1. My gyno feels like a doughnut 🍩 lol. Nothing in the center of my nipple but around it I feel the smooth circular gland. I do have a small mass on one side now so Im hoping a serm like Raloxifene will help since this formed in November. Liked and subscribed btw. There should be more doctors like you

Thank you for the nice complement! We at XSculpt do not (and can’t) prescribe any type of medications unless the patients is active in our practice by being in our TRT program or having surgery with us. You would need to go through your primary care doctor or endocrinologist

Thanks for the info, I’ve started trt I’m on my 3rd week, 80 mg every 4 days. I’ve noticed my chest getting fatter the past week. I’ve always had a little bit but it’s gotten worse, is this comin when starting out? will it go away or is this a sign of trouble? they want to check my estrogen levels, but have to wait 2 more weeks for the appointment. Idk what the solution to my problem is, I had A surgeon do liposuction to suck out all the tissue on my chest and it made my chest flat as i wanted but then its been like 3 months and my chest looks the same the way it was before i saw my surgeon big breasts and puffy nipples, I remember i took tamoxifen which took it all away in the past though surgeons say thats not the best solution it has been for me, what do you all recommend stick to what works (tamoxifen) or keep going to the surgeons which keep in mind is costing alot

You might want to look deeper in this situation, gyno can be cause by estrogen or prolactin. Maybe you have low test, maybe high estrogen, or maybe high prolactin. You should find a endocrinologist for this and stick with what works till you find the source of this problem.
