Can you head swap he-man figures from the 1980s?

It's easier to find an Adam figure with a head with a good paint job on the hair because kids didn't play with Adam as hard as they did He-Man lol

I know at 00:10:27 you say that hard heads are pretty much a pain to deal with, but I'm hoping maybe you find a new technique since this video came out? I'm thinking to swap out the origins Sy-Klone head for a vintage one i got off ebay recently. 🤞

Only thing I can think of at the moment is maybe using a heating iron to melt off vintage Sy-Klone's mushroom neck connection. Then maybe glue in a head socket from an extra origin's kronis head I have laying around... I dunno.

Can I buy a He-man head and arms for my 1986 Battle Armour He-man? I'm in South Africa it is a helluva battle to get parts (or anything really) here.

I don't understand why you're removing the pin...I've swapped heads dozens of times and just pushed them down and twisted them onto the pin???

@HeBroTV I've got replacement waist springs...any idea on swapping them without cracking open the crotch area?. I know I could bend the spring and remove it but I'm afraid of losing some of the loaded tension in the new one

@@shtdaprdtr the springs hook into the upper torso, that require cracking it open.

@HeBroTV yes I've gotten that far, removing it from the crotch area is the hard part..it turns and loops in there

That Commemorative He-Man does look awful. Looks like Apeman He-Man I switched heads too. Gave the body an Adam head. I think Beastman looks great with the blue ax. I did that also lol
