We want you to continue doing videos on your laptop because your comfort is all important too so we hope you can continue to do that. volume still low, try with usb headset with built in mic,.. the ones you were using at job to connect from laptop, below is what i observed: on mobile- low, on laptop with high volume - better, but not fully ok
