No, I tested the Ultraboost in game. Normal 4.2.0 makes about 1985 or so a round, whipe using one Ultraboost on an identical farm over one round makes about 3900

So, quick tip courtesy of HBomb When building merchantmen, the most efficient build order is 3 merchantmen, then a central market, then 3 more merchantmen, then a central market, then 4 more merchantmen, 1 to favoured trades, sell 1 central market under flavoured trades, get trade empire, spam merchantmen, favoured trades, than central markets. This only really works if you can get up to the first central market quickly, but its the most efficient you can get at any stage of merchantman spam. And yes, boat is the answer to "whats the most efficient farm in BTD6".

I think that a 2-5-0 Druid could also take the place of the Perma-Spike. Mid Druid has a permanent "spike storm" down the track and it can Pat Fusty a bloon every so often.

The cleanup is not as important for the time as the boss itself and so more greed is better

isab 0-2-4 bomb is better at cleanup (with alchbuff) beacuse insted of having a 50% increase in dps its a 17.5% (i think) becuase the dmg is already high but 2-4 benefits from more dmg becuase of attack speed soo yeah...
