Can you read cursive handwriting?

After moderating the r/Handwriting Subreddit for several years now, it has come to my attention that many people cannot read cursive writing. What can we do to fix that?

nice handwriting thhough the scraping of the fountain pen set my aspie teeth on edge, i used to overload it with ink by shaking the cartridge, at first the beginning words , they'd be too inky, but after practicing for a bit managed to make it work.
