Can you SEE while driving a SQUATTED truck? (GTA 5)

I see all these crazy squatted trucks on IG all the time and there's always someone in the comments asking for a POV from inside the truck. Well here is just that but in GTA V! And with GTA V, comes absolute chaos; the usual!
