In the end its still murder because he was hit by the bullet before he hit the ground. Even if its manslaughter, it doesnt change the fact that it was murder. It doesnt matter if he was gonna die anyway from the fall or if he loaded the gun himself in the beginning. The fact that his father pulled the trigger killing his son is the only key point here.
