Late but if you have pluto you can clip into the wall above the shorter ladder if you go up the shorter ladder into the wall at an angle, then grab the item from below it and then continue up to leave the crawl space

I mean just 1 rerole machine in any of the item rooms is enough to win a run with it I literally had a run that l won it from the 1st floor cause l had dipplopia and l use it in the black market which contains moving box , l took it and transferred the remaining items to the current item room which had a rerole machine And boom l had 5 items to rerole for more than 5 times ! And yes l didn’t need any thing else and l won with these items!! Also l won a lot of runs cause of restock and moving box With the same strategy , just move the items to any room with rerole machine and gg Also if you have perthro its an automatic win Just carry as much items as you can to a divil deal room or angel room and perthro after you will guarantee to optain a S tier item Its literally one of the best items in the game

It has a very strange glitch if you take the tainted forgotten under this item and keep throwing the skeleton up and eventually the skeleton bugs and ends up entering the empty space (detail this happened to me in a completely random run and it bugged in such a way that the skeleton took an item and went beyond the empty space going so high that it ended up leaving the crawlspace bug Crazy)

Another solution that I used was with the Crooked penny, since once you double the items, the copy of each item appears below the floor, then by using the ladder you get some momentum and you are able to reach the doubled item. I don’t know if I explained myself too well and it is a more complex method than the ones showcased on this video. But I would suggest anyone to try it

Alright, so, the most obvious answer is Mr. Me or Moving Box. With Mr. Me you just point him at the item and he brings it to you, while with the Moving Box you just press space and unpack it later in some other room when it recharges. Maybe How To Jump would work too, but I’m not too sure. You could also just trade the soy milk for some stat increases with Void (which is probably what I would do, old habits die hard lol) EDIT: Ok, before someone inevitably comments it, yes, I have in fact paused the video before he showed the solutions. I just wanted to have some fun figuring it out myself :/

You can use bombs to push yourself into the square. Thats why you get a bombitem. If you do that in the lower right corner you can clip through the wall and enter a black market even if it didnt spawn there

I would say soy milk is damage neutral now with the potential to be ridiculously powerful. Tear effects of almost any kind are super powerful with it. Even something as simple as piercing, spectral, or homing make it worth taking.

I always assumed this meant there would be another crawlspace on the floor, adn I wasted so many bombs searching for it. Glad to know it's an actual puzzle!

I have a theory about it. Perhaps you need to defeat the boss on the floor in order for the wall to open up. Hope this helped somehow.

No no, you can't access the item in most cases, it's juste a troll that can be pickedup in very specific situations

One time I found a crawl space with this puzzle thing in it and I had Diplopia with me and I realized that if you use it in that crawlspace it will make the copy of the item appear outside the box and I was able to get it.

Mars+pluto broking the game mechanics. I tried that combination. With it you can literally walking on the pits and dashing through the Crawlspace walls

Pluto has a glitch were if you have 1.5 speed or higher you can clip through crawlspace walls. Just make sure to not run off the screen or you will be telepotrted to the I am error room

If you find diplopia the item spawns a bit under itself, so by jumping off the stairs at the right spot you can get it

If you're tainted forgotten you can keep throwing him upwards until it grabs the item, it can take awhile but it works
