Can you spot dangerous rashes from the harmless ones?

Neither psoriasis or eczema is "dangerous" And using what appears to measles in the thumbnail pic and then making no real mention of it or other similar contagious illnesses doesn't really help anyone identify a "dangerous" rash. Sure, the distinction between a blanching rash and a non blanching rash is important - but then they don't offer an example of a blanching rash to compare the non blanching rash. It's really nothing more than click bait to get a parent to go to their article. But they already have commercials here on this video. Too much commercialism, I'll go ask my GP...
