I’ll be honest- this feels a bit overdramatic. If my ass was able to escape spawn and am still traveling on a highway (albeit I haven’t gotten the chance to go online recently) pretty easily then I don’t think many people should have trouble with it, cause I’m pretty bad at literally everything. Also, your keyboard was NOT taken over, that doesn’t happen. Unless you were faking it, it was most likely just lag. Server can be really laggy usually. You really just have to travel for a while, go into a portal, travel a bit longer, then somewhere along the line go into the overworld. On at least the western highway I found a lot of farms and places to stop at, so either I just got REALLY lucky or it ain’t that hard. Just start running on the most solid looking ground you can find.

There are a ton of inaccuracies in the video: 2,3 and 4 are during the mining - around 7:00 3,4 He just cuts footage from later in the video= 1. His 6 Gapples disappear and are never used again 2. He has four lime wool to use for a bed which also "disappear", and he proceeds to destroy cobwebs for the string 3. 7:00 He gets two saplings and some seeds magically. He could have gotten the seeds from a mineshaft chest, but not the saplings 4. 58 netherrack also appears between shots in the cave, something which he didn't have before while telling the viewers that he was mining. As he goes back into the nether he no longer has them. 5. 8:14. He says that he needs trees for a bed. If he has saplings, wood from the mineshaft , both the lime and normal wool 6. 12:20 A lava bucket and 40 melons just appear

@@LRexx Good point, although he now has nine instead of six. It feels as if he played on a different server for items and then got rich friends to bring him up to the point he felt he should be at. At 11:40 and other points in the video, there is a wither named: "Sub to Namy McNameface" - An actual 2B2T youtuber, but who only spawned withers with this name in one vid at spawn. It is likely he saw it at spawn and then made a wither on another server to add credibility, as it is extremely rare to find withers outside of spawn

Why did you have 4 lime wool in the mineshaft, and why did you not just get wood there. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s fake. Also in the second mineshaft we see in the video he has 12 iron ore. You can only get iron ore on 1.17+ with silk touch. He has no silk touch

I managed to escape 2b2t spawn without mods, completely vanilla. The trick was to search for a nether portal, which there are a lot of at spawn (if you don't spawn near one just jump off cliffs and respawn until you spawn near one, you have nothing to lose anyways), in the nether get to the nether highways, and run for around one and a half thousand blocks, you can't go much further without food. Then look for a portal which will put you at around 10.000 in the overworld where you can get rotten flesh, bonemeal for wheat seeds, apples from trees you can sometimes find there, or strings for fishing rods for first food, and gather some basic resources for survival. If you travel 5000 to 10.000 blocks in the nether you can also sometimes already find mushrooms for food. From there, the fastest way to travel is by mining through the nether roof. It is almost completely solid except for rare holes/caves/lava blocks which you need to be prepared for, so no bridging through the nether necessary. Maybe first use the nether highways to get away from spawn fast, then branch off by atleast several tenthousands of blocks, and go atleast 150.000 blocks or so in the nether so you end up over one million blocks away form spawn in the overworld. Make sure to cover up all your traces in the nether to prevent players from finding you, leave some fake chunk trails away from your base. Set your respawn, enter the nether with an empty inventory, mine away the portal and jump into lava to prevent them from finding your portal. I think one or a few million blocks from spawn is a pretty good distance to set up a base, mine was between 1 and 2 million and was still undiscovered/ungriefed after a year.

rules of escaping spawn: 1. Don't sprint 2. Don't enter a nether portal unless its past the coordinates 2k on at least one axis. 3. before attempting ANY run, gather two stacks of dirt, shove them in an ender chest, and then off yourself to respawn with full hunger and blocks. 4. When you get to a mineshaft, make two beds. Set one at the mineshaft and bring one with you to establish a more permanent living situation. 5. Continue journeying until you're at LEAST 1M blocks away from spawn to build a base. Also, when you went in the nether, you could have pillared up 3 blocks after hitting a piglin to gather rotten flesh as a basic food source.
