It's because in India English is not their native language, it's their 2nd language and for you to talk the way they do you must first learn their local dialect Hindu, Punjabi Tamil then you will be able to talk English the way they do which will be really difficult. In USA their native tongue is English so the English they speak is actually the correct way to speak it and since our 2nd language is English it's much easier to learn their accent since they are native to that tongue. So nikama wewe uende Tanzania, the native language to Tanzania is Swahili and since also you use Swahili you will find that it's easy for you to talk "kiswahili Cha tanzania/Mombasa" I hope you understand now?
