I would've thought it'd be a better idea actually replying like a normal person, so they have a personal response for every comment they respond to. Mainly raise ride height when towing a heavy trailer as the trailer causes sag. You compared apples to oranges when showing your product can't fail by being cut with a knife, when an airbag isn't designed to withstand being stabbed. It's designed to level out ride height when either towing, or when loaded.
