Great video of the mall my brother. It seems that Mexico spends a lot of money on malls instead of its infrastructure and sanitation which needs a lot of work. We live in Playa Del Carmen.

what about this Sovereignty fee that keeps increasing significantly every year?? It seems the fee is to keep people from moving to Mexico unless you keep paying this yearly steep fee?
