It not easy being here in these first world countries starting all over. I totally understand all you said Demz, I am not working now and it is only my hubby, I am home with our 3 yrs old and often times I am overwhelmed. I have to walk to the park to destress and intentionally seek to stay focused .

Love this topic....my experience is opposite tho it made us do things that we we're struggling with when we were back home ...like communicating...now we are experts now on communication lol and i love it 😊
