In regards to the T.F.W.P The federal government set the policy..meant to help farmers bring in the crops. The provincial government set the numbers allowed in. Corporations want servile workers so they convinced the provincial government to bring in more using loopholes. Canada didn't expel any diplomats, RCMP asked india to wave off the diplomatic immunity of its high commissioner and senior embassy staff, India refused, RCMP figured they will try a work around. Indian ministry for external affairs decided to withdraw the concerned staff due to security threat posed to them by violent khalistani separatist, who had put out half a million dollar bounty on some of the staff. Canadian ministry of foreign affairs was caught napping, they held a hurried presser by RCMP and then they went on claiming, that they expelled the concerned staff, to save itself from a political embarrassment.
