You have to live together minimum 3 years after marriage with your partner before applying for PR and it will take 2 years more after applying to get your temporary green card. After receiving that temp green card you need to live another 2 years together for converting it into permanent green card. So after getting permanent green card you can apply for US passport after 3 years. So it will take around 3+2+2+3=10 years to become US citizen on marriage basis. And believe me it's a fastest way for getting US citizenship 🤣🤣 Otherwise on traditional basis i.e on employment basis (especially for Indian) it take minimum 30-35 years for getting US passport 😭😭 That's why people says that American dream for an average Indian is literally over!!😔😔
