Our Neighbors. Moved into there cottage after selling there home in Saint john. . Here in NB. We are 2km from a plowed road. But There building was a kitt home. They had all the building codes. Permits. Septic well etc They use only Solar.. propane. They learned it was a struggle to actually live without power last year. Fridge, stove, laundry and no basement for protection from the frost in the ground and the amount of snow the area gets.

As long as you own the land there is no problem off grid solar.

One thing I have to get across is that according to "governments" no one person citizen owns any land in Canada, all land is own by the CROWN, the MONARCH, now King Charles the head of Canada, he now officially owns all lands. When you by land, you are not actually being land, you are investing in the land which is aloud under the Crown Law, but you must pay fees in order to use the land that you have invented in through property taxes that is used also for various reasons around the land that you invested in. You may build a house on the land that you don't own, and you are allowed to make money off of the land and the house combined or can sell the house separate to be transported somewhere else by another owner or yourself which could be costly. This is the first sad reality, but lawfully a big lie to have the crown owning a country. This never really existed in all of history. It doesn't even make sense, but that's what the legal record shows. Anyone can look it up. CROWN LAND, or Canadian land ownership. Such truth. The further you dig you will find the Vatican is at the center of all the secret societies. They are the Babylonian priesthood and are currently working to bring the entire world under their authority. All of this is in the bible. Get on your knees and look up because Jesus is coming for his church soon.
