Most of your video talks about world reality not specific to Canada. Yes, senior management of small and medium size companies are mostly white or the ones who have been in Canada for a while, most if not all new immigrants obviously are aware that they are not coming for these very senior management positions of these SMEs, so what is your point? High quality of life doesn't mean people are less productive. Whatever stats you are providing might be independent of each other. Every major country out there will have some debt. That is economics. Canada's debt definitely isn't as worse as USA has. Of course, situation isn't good at the moment. Also, Canadian economy is not as large as a major economy like US. New comers definitely have to do their own extensive research on their fields and on lifestyle in Canada before coming. Please don't spread fear!!
