I think it ultimately depends on the province, but from a quick Google, machines that vend a prize based on a payout is considered gambling -- which it is, imo. The laws don't distinguish between cash payouts or a prize payout, so in order to be in compliance, it's either A) Skill all the time, or B) Payout, but rewards a probably-worthless prize 100% of the time when it's not on payout.

There's a 100% skill version of Key Master called Prize Locker. It's the exact same game, except the "key hole" is a very precise fitting with a tiny notch _just_ big enough for the key to fit.

Canada's Wonderland is somewhere I'm hoping to go to when I finally move over to Canada :) when I was over in May, me and my boyfriend travelled to an arcade about 30 minutes from Toronto, called Neb's Funworld. It was huge!! And I got to play on Avengers Coin Pusher for the first time there (I am yet to find one here in the UK)

Oh we love the Avengers pusher! We are hoping to make a longer trip next summer and visit more of the surrounding area. This trip was totally a trial run for traveling to a new country in our RV!

@@alijones5196 Funny story: we went to go to Rec Room and sat forever in traffic until we got closer and started seeing everyone walking around in Blue Jays gear. Turns out it was less than an hour until a home game started!! We took the next turn out and said we’ll try again next time! 😂

Haha ya, that’ll happen quite frequently with the Rogers centre being across the street. Pro tip for next time if you’re going directly into downtown Toronto Park at a nearby go station and take the bus or train in it’s impossible to drive in Toronto even on a good day

They are named after their attractions so it’s Behemoth, Leviathan, and Yukon Striker. The dark color versions share the same name as their original counterpart!

just to let you know that CW is mainly rides and not games. if looking for games then try the Canadian National Exhibition down on Lakeshore road in Toronto . for the games with nothing happening its cause most amusement parks are having issues hiring people to run them. due to CV it took a huge crush to these company's. CW also sells more tickets on there rides then in games. also look into Woodbine mall ( not sure if it's still there ) but in the past it use to have a large arcade area and rides for the kids. if you ever get back to Ontario try going to Ottawa in Aug they have a mini CNE event happening . in the past they normally have a promo events such as Nintendo - this location and others launch off new promo items that will be coming out later that year. also if you can talk to local residences before going so you know what is the hot spots in the area to do. it helps saves you time and money.

Thanks! We actually have an annual pass to Cedar Fair parks, so visiting Canadas Wonderland cost us nothing! It was also a huge goal for us to visit all of the theme parks in that brand, and we are so excited we did that this summer. Our expectations were only set by the sister parks in the states, since there are many similarities with the parks. We still had a wonderful time and plan to visit again! We held a poll and multiple discussions on our other social platforms to find locations to visit as well!
