Nightmares (originally Wilde Knightmares from 1981-1996) opened in 1981 with the park and is the last Huss UFO ride in North America and one of the remaining few in the World. I personally prefer this better than a Round-Up ride because this has much more comfortable padding and has you face the ground at an 90 degree angle compared to the typical 75 degree angle seen on basic round-up rides. A little history fact here, Canada's Wonderland did open with two round-up rides in 1981 when the park opened, being Nightmares (Huss UFO) and Pharaoh's Eye (Hrubetz Super Round-Up). Pharaoh's Eye was located in Action Zone (originally Grande World Exposition of 1890) but, closed at the end of the 1987 season to make room for Racing Rivers which existed from 1988 to 2001. Now Psyclone and Sledge Hammer vacate this location where Pharaoh's Eye had once operated along with Swing of The Century (Originally Swing of Siam from 1981-1988). Swing of the Century was relocated to in front of the Crystal Palace Arcade for the 1988 season where it continues to operate today. Oh my god! I love this ride. When I rode this ride for the 2nd time in grade 8, I said, "INDIANA JONES, SAVE ME, JONES!!! It was super hilarious to my friends. But when I rode it for the 3rd time, I kept my cool and also, survived without being killed!

no, as long as you stand on the inside then its fine and it doesn't feel like anything! I went today and it was fine. It doesn't hurt your stomach either (:
