We have applied for SUV visa...OUR group all memebers had BIOMETRICS done and some in our group member received work visa too..and pre approval sign has come to 2 of our members and others r in processing...and we r waiting for PR..I had questions...once we get PR are we members are eligible to get. Kids benefits or on SUV people r not eligible for these benefits

I am samina Riaz . I have a question about SUV I have got business plan and only LOS is left so is my process get effected. I am in Kuwait . And I had paid almost 90% of my amount . So what should I do. My consultant hold the process of three weeks so what advice would you give me. Is there susbtitute for this

Unfortunately you don’t have a lot of options. Either A) request a refund or B) ask your designated organization to continue with the Letter of Support C) Add investors to raise money to continue the process

So 830 x 5 = 4150 principal applicants right? Cos every principal applicant has at least 3-4 family members along. So 4150 is principal applicants or total including family members??

No quota is only main applicants (only members of team)

We have signed a contract with an incubator in Canada and made the payment. However, we haven't received any letters of support from the incubator. The process of revising our business plan has been delayed. After a law change on April 29th, they haven't been responding to our emails. They only mentioned that they are reviewing the matter. We are stressed and uncertain about our future immigration process. ould you provide me with any information about the actions of IRCC or when similar teams like ours will have their situation clarified? Thank you in advance for any insights you can offer.

from contract signing to LOS issuing, it will take 3 months min. (several steps must be finished).
